    SUBMISSION IS ENTIRELY ONLINE. If you do not have access to internet enough to upload your video and/or you cannot make an online payment, you can bring your film and payment to the Festival Office and we will assist you. The office has NBN and is located in Queanbeyan. Contact us to make arrangements.  No matter how you submit, you MUST allow enough time to upload and fill in the form. Late submissions will not be accepted.

    STEP 1 of 3 UPLOAD YOUR FILM 
    Upload your film to an external website. You can use vimeo, dropbox, onedrive or wetransfer etc - just make sure it is:
    • A private or hidden link
    • Downloadable
    • H264 .mp4 or Pro Res 422 .mov file
    • 1920x1080 pixels
    You will share the link with us in Step 2.

    You can use vimeo, dropbox, onedrive or wetransfer etc etc - we don't mind how you get your file to us, but we need to be able to download it. We will not share your files with anyone outside of the LCA team and we will not hold copies of non finalist films after the festival is complete.
    Please do not share your film online until after the festival screening.

    ​​The Producer grants Lights! Canberra! Action! the non-exclusive rights to reproduce the film, or part of the film and to exhibit the film by any medium for the purposes of the festival or its promotion. You also provide Lights! Canberra! Action! with the non-exclusive right to reproduce the film in a compilation at a later date if the festival so desires. 

    The Producer guarantees that they have obtained all insurances they deemed necessary, and obtained all the necessary permissions, licences and clearances to enter this film and that the film and all of its composing elements and our screening of the film do not infringe the moral and ethical rights including copyright of any third party. Any claims made by any person or entity against the film, actors, crew or any other party are entirely the responsibility of the Producer. 

    Lights! Canberra! Action! communicates with entrants predominantly by email, your signature on this form is also your consent to being emailed by Enemies of Reality Films and the Enlighten Festival about this and future festivals.

    The Producer also signs here that the film was made within the allocated filmmaking days and within the other stated rules of the competition (as per the festival website www.enemiesofreality.com/lca).  The Producer also assures that all the above information is correct.
